Day of the Tentacle Remastered – 10% Off!

The original Day of the Tentacle was released in 1993 by LucasArts as a sequel to Ron Gilbert’s Maniac Mansion. The new Day of the Tentacle Remastered, just released in March 2016, boasts a graphics overhaul to suit today’s high-resolution screens. As the story opens, we find the game’s main protagonist travelling through the peaceful streets of an unnamed African city in a limousine. Raiden is a member of a Private Military Company called Maverick Securities and their current assignment is to protect the country’s Prime Minister. Unfortunately a rival PMC attacks the vehicle and a blistering action scene plays out in which the assailants block the roads and brutally massacre everyone (apart from Raiden, of course) and attempt to kidnap the Prime Minister is a bid to destabilize the region. It’s at this point that you, as Raiden, step up to take the battle to the enemy.

Truly the only android games that you can even remotely compare it to is the aforementioned Portal from Valve Software and Demruth’s Antichamber, and that alone is enough to warrant a closer look.
