Vestel to Bring Android TV to Low-Cost TVs

Vestel is a Turkish electronics company. One of the things they’ve done very well is selling low-cost TVs at volume. However, they aren’t a bargain electronics company either. Research and development has gone into bringing premium technologies to everyday consumers such as 4K, HDR, and now Android TV.

TechRadar reports that Google asked Vestel to add Android TV to their products. Having a high volume of Android TV sets will be a great help to spreading the device to consumers around Europe.

As Vestel continues to iterate their products and experiment with different technologies, look for Android to become the common element in everything they market.
