Registration for Google’s Indie Games Festival Open

Google’s first Indie Games Festival is about celebrating indie game developers and giving them a chance to network and possibly win awards for having the best game. Registration is now open and you can take a look at the top games which will be exhibited during the event.

Some notable games include Riptide GP: Renegade, which we covered, although a lot of games appear to not be public yet. It seems like this festival will be an opportunity for them to get some pre-release feedback that they can incorporate before going public. Attendees can vote on their favorite games and the winning developers will receive gifts like the NVIDIA Shield and Forge TV.

The festival will be Saturday, September 24th. Attendees can register for free online.
