TvHeadend Adds Live Channels Support With This App

TvHeadend, “a TV streaming server and recorder for Linux, FreeBSD and Android”, is a way for you to stream various video sources to this software and then to your other devices. It is similar to the HDHomeRun in some ways, giving you access to various types of media tuners.

With a recently published app on Google Play, you can now stream your DVB-T/S/C programs to Live Channels. The aptly-named Tvheadend Live Channels simply provides an interface between your system TV app and the service. The open source software can be observed on GitHub. It is free to download.
